IThere exists another important reson, namely the patriotism. I believe in Russia and our people. It is important for me to see that more successfull people and companes are emerging here. I want to see that talented young people do not scatter through the world for the better share but work, win and become successful at home. I believe that one day will come when caravans of not only foreign handymen but specialists will move to our country.

I lived abroad for 18 years and had the American citizenship (which I later abandoned), but I never considered myself an emigrant. There I studied and worked, but I never stopped thinking how to do the same at home. I think I found this way. That is what my book is about!

I don’t insist that my experience is the most proper, and my way is the most right. Doubtfully they exist at all as the world is infinite in its diversity and everyone has their own unrepeatable way. I tell about my experiences only to give you the ability to match it with your own, and, hopefully, to see in it something new. Also to get rid of doubts and to grasp something important. By this reason I will tell only about what I realized and experienced myself and to the best of my ability I will keep away from instructiveness.

Why I wanted to write it? It is interesting thing to do. I like to learn something new and feel genuine pleasure every time when get stumble upon some new business cases, markets or  situations and start working on finding solutions for associated problems. This way I don't just expand my knowledge and experience,  but learn faster and more efficiently than if I work just on my own projects.
